HubSpot Admin, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and enhance HubSpot workflows that support marketing, sales, and operational goals.

• Build tailored HubSpot solutions, such as CRM configurations, custom properties, pipelines, automation, and reporting.

• Execute and oversee integrations between HubSpot and external applications using APIs, middleware (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n), or bespoke development.

• Ensure data accuracy and system dependability through data hygiene practices, deduplication, and governance protocols.

• Track workflow performance and resolve issues to guarantee that automations are scalable, efficient, and compliant with best practices.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to pinpoint process deficiencies and implement system enhancements.

• Keep abreast of HubSpot updates and industry best practices, suggesting improvements to optimize operations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and technical setups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot developer or administrator, with practical expertise in configuring CRM objects, automation, and integrations.

• Strong technical proficiency with knowledge of JavaScript, Python, HubL, or other scripting/development languages.

• Thorough understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration methodologies.

• Experience utilizing automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and integrating them with HubSpot.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with comfort in cross-functional environments.

• Experience in developing process automation for marketing, sales, or operations teams (highly preferred).
