HRIS Solutions Developer – Boomi, UKG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute modern, scalable integration solutions for HRIS within Workday, UKG, and various third-party systems.

• Direct the design of integration strategies that link cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms to facilitate smooth data exchange, process automation, and data validation.

• Conduct programming to support ERP applications such as Workday and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), which serve as the timekeeping and advanced scheduling systems.

• Guide and mentor team members on best practices concerning design, enterprise scaling, and development.

• Assess and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.

• Establish and execute change management processes for assigned projects.

• Guarantee system reliability and data integrity.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend and gather their business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.

• Five (5) years of configuration and technical experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) products.

• Five (5) years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration and middleware solutions.

• Three (3)+ years of expertise in API design and API management/API gateways.

• Strong proficiency in XML, JSON, RESTful services, SOAP, code management, and testing methodologies.

• Demonstrated understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

• Solid professional IT background with a comprehensive understanding of ERP ecosystems, data, and integrations.
