This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the HR technology advisor to the organization's leadership team.
• Serve as the main system administrator for ADP Workforce Now and all HR technology systems.
• Set up, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules, which include: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.
• Create and implement the organization's HR technology roadmap.
• Assess new HR technologies and suggest system improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing automation and operational efficiency.
• Discover opportunities to reduce manual processes through technological solutions.
• Spearhead the rollout of new HR technologies.
• Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
• Supervise project timelines, testing, issue resolution, and production rollouts.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Produce implementation documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Analyze HR workflows.
• Propose automation opportunities.
• Streamline business processes.
• Generate system documentation and SOPs.
• Enhance employee and manager self-service capabilities.
• Act as Tier III HRIS support.
• Resolve system-related issues.
• Train HR personnel and organizational leaders.
• Create user guides and job aids.
• Coordinate vendor support when necessary.
• Function as the primary contact for HR technology vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance.
• Manage system upgrades.
• Handle support tickets.
• Review contract renewals and future system enhancements.
• Ensure effective adoption through communication and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible HRIS administration experience.
• Three (3) years of experience managing enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Proven experience in implementing enterprise HR systems.
• Familiarity with HR technology integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS administration.
• Experience with HireRight administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, or human services sectors.
• Understanding of HR compliance and employment regulations.
• Experience leading enterprise technology projects.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP HRCI Certification is required.
• ADP Workforce Now Certification is required.
