This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Workday, encompassing Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation & Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking & Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Spearhead the design of Business Process Framework and Workday security (roles, domains, segregation of duties).
• Serve as the escalation point for intricate or high-impact HRIS issues, functioning as the primary contact for our partner support agency.
• Oversee Workday bi-annual releases, including impact assessment, regression testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Manage integrations and vendor interfaces; collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure stability.
• Lead and nurture the in-house HRIS team; handle intake, prioritization, and delivery cadence in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with other HR stakeholders, Payroll, and IT on system strategy and optimization.
• Minimum of 8 years of HRIS experience; at least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven experience leading an in-house HRIS team.
• Extensive expertise in at least three of the following modules, with intermediate-level knowledge in all: Core HCM, Security, Business Processes, Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Comp, Time & Absence, Talent, Recruiting.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse connections for ATS.
• Demonstrated ownership of testing, releases, and integrations.
• Knowledge of optimizing workflows in HRIS systems using AI/automations.
• Workday certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in supporting companies with 3,000+ employees is preferred but not mandatory.
• Post-implementation optimization experience is preferred but not mandatory.
