HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide support for HRIS technical workflows, gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and implement configuration changes along with system testing plans.

• Collaborate with the IT department to oversee and sustain system feeds, ensuring that downstream applications are accurate and aligned.

• Execute regular audits of the system across various HCM data modules, including security, foundational setup, compensation, open enrollment, and performance management.

• Uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in educating end-users on system functionalities to guarantee operational excellence.

• Deliver root-cause analysis and prompt resolution for system bugs, errors, and user-related issues in the production environment.

• Work alongside HR teams to create and sustain custom reports, basic dashboards, and data analytics to facilitate informed business decisions.

• Ensure the integrity of global data by implementing quality control strategies and overseeing standardized business processes.

• Aid in modifying system logic or queries based on functional specifications, technical design documents, or bug-tracking tickets.

• Support day-to-day administration and system upgrades in collaboration with the IT Business Applications team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in supporting HRIS systems (including ATS, Performance Management, LMS, or payroll modules); experience with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Visio, and SharePoint).

• Basic knowledge of or exposure to XML and SQL programming languages.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Previous involvement or familiarity with global HR technology projects and testing environments.

• Experience in developing basic metric dashboards and crafting custom reports.

• Comprehensive understanding of standard HR systems structure, data flows, and processes.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clear documentation for requirements, workflows, and testing outcomes.
