This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with business leaders and integration teams to facilitate employee integration.
• Work alongside HRIS, Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience teams.
• Create employee engagement strategies and oversee performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations and implement staff wellness programs.
• Assist HR Operations with audits and reporting tasks.
• Conduct policy reviews and ensure compliance.
• Over 7 years of experience in a related HR position.
• A qualification in Human Resources (such as CPP, CIPD, or equivalent).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws in the UK, EMEA, and US.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in reporting.
