This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical lead for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of Workday Benefits.
• Assist in the planning, setup, testing, and execution of the university's annual Open Enrollment process.
• Create and implement solutions in alignment with stated requirements.
• Evaluate and suggest solution options that optimize Workday functionality.
• Configure and oversee benefit plans, eligibility criteria, enrollment events, and life events.
• Document and carry out comprehensive solution designs.
• Collaborate with functional teams and HR Business Analysts to create test scenarios.
• Facilitate the migration of solutions from testing environments to production settings.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be taken into account.
• At least three years of experience in supporting HRIS systems, ideally with a concentration on Benefits administration.
• Strong preference for experience in configuring and supporting Workday Benefits, Open Enrollment, and associated reporting tools.
• Required experience in supporting Workday HCM or similar cloud-based HCM platforms.
• Experience with HR technologies in a higher education setting is advantageous.
