This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist with the daily administration and upkeep of Workday, Workday Studio, and integrated HR systems.
• Facilitate business processes, manage security roles, and oversee workflows.
• Resolve system issues, coordinate solutions, and escalate technical challenges.
• Engage in system upgrades, testing phases, and the implementation of new features.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of employee and contingent workforce data.
• Conduct data audits, detect discrepancies, and execute corrective measures.
• Fulfill data requests from HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders.
• Oversee and support integrations between HR systems and third-party applications.
• Address integration failures and data transmission challenges in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Spearhead the implementation of new integrations and enhancements.
• Validate data mappings and conduct end-to-end testing.
• Evaluate HR business processes and propose technology solutions.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
• Participate in cross-functional HR technology implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and minimize manual tasks.
• Offer technical support and guidance to HR users, managers, and employees.
• Develop and manage user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Provide training for new system functionalities and process updates.
• Ensure HR systems adhere to policies, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
• Support audits of HR systems and employee data.
• Maintain documentation of system modifications, configurations, and procedures.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
• Familiarity with Workday, VNDLY, or comparable HCM and VMS solutions.
• Understanding of recruiting, onboarding, core HR, payroll, benefits, and contingent workforce processes.
• Experience with integrations utilizing APIs, EIBs, middleware, or other integration technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Preferred: experience in supporting technologies for the contingent workforce, such as VNDLY.
• Preferred: background in HR system implementations or significant enhancement projects.
• Preferred: knowledge of data governance, security administration, and compliance requirements.
