This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership and enhance Keyloop’s People Data Platform and HR analytics dashboard utilizing Python and Streamlit.
• Design and sustain the data architecture, including pipelines, schemas, and models, across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Oversee API integrations and manage data access with core platforms and third-party vendors.
• Provide insights into People Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Engagement, collaborating with functional leaders.
• Manage Business As Usual (BAU) reporting, focusing on accuracy, automation, and encouraging self-service usage.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data regulations, including access controls and audit capabilities.
• Develop and scale AI-driven HR solutions, such as large language models, agentic workflows, document processing, and extensive pipelines.
• Create production-ready AI use cases, including attrition insights, skills inference, policy Q&A, and candidate processing, while assessing emerging tools.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR AI, facilitating adoption through training, playbooks, and self-service frameworks across HR and General Administration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, IT (AWS), and governance forums to shape the People Technology roadmap and promote responsible AI practices.
• Proficient in Python with experience in building production-quality data applications, dashboards, or tools.
• Practical experience in data engineering, including ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated success in integrating LLM/AI APIs, such as Anthropic and OpenAI, into live applications.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and contemporary data/visualization frameworks like Streamlit and Plotly.
• Familiarity with SSO/authentication methods (OAuth2, SAML, Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Excellent data literacy and storytelling skills, capable of conveying insights to non-technical audiences.
• High degree of autonomy coupled with a meticulous approach to data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, including API/OData integration.
• Skilled in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and creating dashboards.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI.
• Understanding of HR data domains, including headcount, attrition, hiring, and engagement.
