This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes job description creation, CV sourcing, CV screening, validation, conducting interviews, and negotiation.
• The position begins with grasping client needs, identifying suitable profiles, liaising with clients, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• The individual will also manage existing client relationships while aiding in the acquisition of new clients.
• Evaluate and shortlist ideal candidates through various job portals and networking platforms.
• Develop talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for upcoming job openings.
• MBA in Finance & HR with 1 to 8 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or in a similar role within the Human Resources department.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the Talent Acquisition process.
• Experience with Non-IT recruitment, especially in areas like Brokerage, Insurance, AIF, and Portfolio Management Systems.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Mandatory experience in Retail recruitment, including hiring store staff.
