This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Influence the scalability of systems, data, and programs to support a rapidly expanding, mission-focused organization.

• Collaborate closely with senior management to convert business requirements into effective HR solutions.

• Take ownership of the HR technology stack, ensuring that systems facilitate growth and empower data-driven decision-making.

• Manage the quality of HR data, reporting, and analytics to provide actionable insights throughout the organization.

• Supervise payroll and benefits administration across the United States and Canada with precision and reliability.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Enhance the documentation, accessibility, and clarity of HR policies and procedures for all staff members.

• Cultivate and streamline relationships with HR vendors to guarantee exceptional service.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a fast-paced growth environment.

• Proven experience in leading payroll and benefits administration across various regions (experience in the US and Canada is preferred).

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (experience with Dayforce is a plus).

• Strong analytical and process-driven mindset with the capability to address complex operational issues.

• Experience in handling HR data, reporting, and maintaining high data quality standards.

• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, transforming insights into actionable strategies.

• Experience in leading and mentoring remote teams, with a focus on building trust and accountability.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting and collaborating with distributed teams.

• Knowledge of HR compliance, risk management, and operational best practices.

• Experience in vendor management and creating integrated systems across various tools and platforms.

• A passion for developing systems and processes that support a mission-oriented organization.
