This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• The Human Resources Generalist is mainly tasked with managing all Human Resources activities for the site.
• Ensure achievement of the Human Resources goals and objectives.
• Reports directly to the HR Manager.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources; alternatively, six years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• A Master’s degree, certification, and/or PHR is preferred.
• At least two years of human resources experience in areas such as employee relations, training, and/or recruitment.
• Familiarity with Federal and State employment laws, Human Resources policies and practices, and governmental licensing requirements.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.
• Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 90 days of employment.
