This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers, delivering clear, thoughtful, and compliant guidance while escalating complex or sensitive matters as necessary.
• Manage comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees receive support during significant transitions.
• Address benefit-related inquiries and collaborate with payroll and finance on necessary benefit deductions.
• Supervise weekly reviews of hourly timecards and proactively identify any issues.
• Coordinate with payroll on urgent matters related to timekeeping and changes affecting employees.
• Assist in administering Blink's benefits programs, which includes activities related to open enrollment, company-wide communications, new enrollments, modifications, and terminations.
• Ensure employee files are maintained in accordance with legal and company standards.
• Apply knowledge of employment law as necessary to support solutions and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and manage Blink’s HR ticketing system (Siit) and HRIS system (Paylocity) to guarantee data integrity and precise reporting.
• Aid in reporting on HR metrics and keeping policies and procedures current on the HR wiki.
• Implement and enhance daily HR processes and systems.
• Contribute to the HR team’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, including tracking pay equity and developing inclusive policies.
• Collaborate with the parent company Mphasis on cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and operational tasks as assigned.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with experience in a demanding HR environment considered an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of HR practices, regulations, employment law, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated personal accountability, a strong work ethic, and integrity.
• High level of discretion and capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster strong, productive relationships.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and adapt to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
