This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate comprehensive recruiting processes from start to finish
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures thoroughly
• Spearhead employee engagement initiatives throughout the organization
• Monitor and celebrate employee work anniversaries (Copperversaries)
• Oversee employee rewards and recognition, including platform management and program execution
• Maintain email distribution lists for employees
• Control the administrative functions of the Employee Success department
• Act as the primary calendar manager for the CEO
• Serve as a crucial operational partner to the executive team
• Coordinate all regular company-wide meetings from start to finish
• Facilitate the monthly Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with the CEO
• Support the end-to-end delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
• Handle logistics for Board Meetings comprehensively
• Serve as a backup facilitator for the Weekly Playback
• An innate capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong instincts in project management
• Ability to adapt swiftly when priorities shift
• A genuine passion for processes
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Clear and confident communication abilities
• Proficiency in utilizing a modern tech stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Lattice, Lever, Rippling, Carta, and Claude
