This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of the HR AI roadmap, emphasizing Workday AI agents and automation possibilities.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases that enhance service delivery, operational effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Workday, IT, and business partners to activate AI capabilities in a controlled and scalable manner.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of AI tools through effective communication, focused change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop adoption metrics, usage dashboards, and value tracking to assess impact and guide ongoing optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with process owners to reengineer HR workflows around AI-enabled practices.
• Ensure that responsible AI principles are integrated, addressing governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management.
• Convert AI capabilities into practical HR applications that are straightforward, trustworthy, and user-friendly.
• Enhance HR team capabilities and confidence through education, enablement, and coaching initiatives.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and evaluate new AI opportunities pertinent to HR and Workday.
• Serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership on the future of work, automation, and digital transformation.
• Experience in HR transformation, HR technology, or digital enablement.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and HR process design.
• Proven track record in leading technology adoption and driving user engagement.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex enterprise setting.
• Strong skills in change management and communications.
• Ability to align strategy with practical execution.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring outcomes and business value.
• Understanding of data privacy, governance, and responsible AI considerations.
• Experience in implementing AI or automation within HR environments.
• Familiarity with Workday optimization or similar HR systems.
• Knowledge of employee self-service, case management, or virtual assistant solutions.
• Experience developing adoption strategies for new digital tools.
