
Hotel Revenue Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing and revenue strategies.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance metrics.
• Aid in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards for senior management review.
• Identify potential opportunities to enhance pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to synchronize revenue strategies.
• Maintain and regularly update revenue management systems and tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings, which include preparing insights, presenting performance updates, and documenting essential decisions and action items.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in the hotel industry.
• Experience in revenue management, finance, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
• Strong time management abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is preferred.
• Experience with revenue management or CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and convert insights into actionable recommendations is preferred.
