This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff by sharing best practices and providing peer-to-peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners and achieving revenue milestones within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Initiate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through intentional and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each designated hotel to report on progress.
• Build and sustain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with your assigned POD (team) to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model and enhance revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by acting as a seamless extension of the hotel and representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for bimonthly in-market visits to strengthen relationships with Hotel Owners, General Managers, and teams, which will help expand sales targets and boost revenue.
• Hotel Industry Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 consecutive years in hotel guestroom sales within business transient, crew, and government segments in a select service hotel.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role.
• Strong comprehension of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand tools.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for creating and delivering general correspondence, proposals, and reports.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing a CRM system to manage the sales pipeline and accountability for daily activities and follow-ups to monitor progress within the sales cycle.
• Strong capability to utilize all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) effectively for managing your hotel portfolio, creating and analyzing reports, delivering presentations, and sharing progress updates.
