This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a sales team of International Recruitment Specialists to attract new hosts and maintain relationships with existing hosts within a specified territory.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic sales initiatives for the designated region to achieve and surpass seasonal objectives.
• Establish personalized sales targets and pipeline goals for each team member.
• Develop outreach plans to connect with new hosts and renew current partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional account management to host accounts in your region by fostering lasting relationships, ensuring international recruitment specialists fulfill their commitments, and identifying growth and retention opportunities.
• Engage in high-level sales efforts, including presentations to potential and current hosts.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies that align with participant availability and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to guarantee host satisfaction and program excellence.
• Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through proactive communication and support.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3-6 years of proven sales success is required, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics to draw conclusions and formulate strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail are required.
• A proactive attitude and a preference for a dynamic work environment.
• Capability to collaborate with remote field staff.
• Proficiency in investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions and solve problems effectively.
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a good sense of humor.
• Required technology proficiency – experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
