This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, test, and deploy content while managing scheduling and audience segmentation to guarantee precise and timely delivery.
• Take ownership of the complete technical development and execution of email campaign operations, from initial intake to final send, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Set up and distribute in-app messaging utilizing reusable modules and personalization tools to provide targeted communications to hosts.
• Uphold content standards, taxonomy, and workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality, collaborating with global teams to localize and manage content effectively at scale.
• Create and maintain documentation and best practices to assist internal teams and content creators in effectively utilizing content management systems.
• Provide requirements and operational insights to guide the development of scalable features that align with business objectives, supporting feature development by BizTech, MarTech, and Engineering with operational expertise and testing assistance.
• Analyze channel performance through data and insights, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and aid community-building initiatives.
• Work together with Learning and UX teams to ensure that modules are user-friendly, engaging, and adaptable to evolving host requirements.
• Propose and share emerging tools and ideas to enhance channel operations and broaden our influence within the host community.
• Oversee extensive campaign operations and execution across several simultaneous releases, upholding high standards for accuracy, efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in content management within large-scale digital platforms, including managing, delivering, and optimizing content to create seamless user experiences.
• Proven experience in analyzing and enhancing publishing workflows and campaign operations.
• Experience collaborating across functions with product, engineering, design, and data teams.
• Confidence in partnering with engineers to address bugs and enhance platform performance.
• Exceptional technical communication skills and a solid understanding of product development.
• Comfortable in gathering and interpreting data, user insights, and product analytics to guide operational decisions and recommendations.
• Proficient in drafting clear, comprehensive technical briefs that align platform objectives across product, design, and engineering teams.
