This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute the implementation of our systems with clients, ensuring that installation, configuration, and testing processes are performed, and that the contracted modules are successfully operational.
• Deliver initial and refresher training on our systems to clients, taking charge of the complete process.
• Test implementation modules and the features provided by each version prior to their release and deployment.
• Oversee implementation-related documentation, ensuring that all agreements, reports, and other documents are validated and signed, thereby confirming service delivery.
• Offer technical support, ranging from basic to advanced levels, to Inovadora's clients through phone, email, chat, or corporate WhatsApp, identifying issues and assisting in their resolution.
• Generate service tickets for support interactions, documenting client requests in detail along with system defects and issues, and directing those requiring assistance from other departments for resolution.
• Track open tickets, ensuring clients receive timely updates on their requests within agreed timeframes.
• Provide technical support to Inovadora's partner resellers, addressing inquiries regarding system implementation and usage.
• Conduct client visits to closely observe their interaction with and satisfaction regarding our solutions.
• Basic knowledge of computers (Windows and Linux);
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
• A completed or in-progress degree is an advantage;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
