This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the process of data gathering and configuration of the Tecsys solution by working closely with the project team to determine customer requirements and outline business processes.
• Establish a strong on-site relationship with customers to assist them in the integration of Tecsys software.
• Play a key role in ensuring a successful implementation by leveraging your application expertise, consulting skills, interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of supply chain management.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on software implementation and consulting experience at a consulting or software firm, or 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct software implementation experience on the customer side.
• Proven expertise in:
• Software implementation focused on Performance Tracking Inventory Management for MedSurg and operating room supplies and/or Point of Use (POU) systems.
• Defining business process requirements, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training.
• Strong knowledge of hospital supply and inventory management.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, essential for effective communication with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility and ability to engage in self-directed learning.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• A valid Canadian or American passport is necessary due to the frequent travel requirements of this position.
