This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage project records and documentation
• Monitor essential milestones and deliverables
• Produce project status reports
• Recognize project risks and trends
• Assist with audits
• Offer administrative and analytical support for several simultaneous projects within the HBP Division
• Aid in project coordination, ensuring documentation integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with project managers, transition managers, operational leaders, credentialing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and achieve their objectives
• An associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience in supporting projects, healthcare operations, provider onboarding, credentialing, project reporting, or similar healthcare administrative roles
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
• Skilled in creating, maintaining, and presenting reports, dashboards, and project metrics
• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
• Experience with Salesforce dashboards, reporting tools, or comparable business intelligence platforms is preferred
• Capable of analyzing project data, identifying trends, and effectively communicating findings
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Professional interaction with leadership and stakeholders
• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and ensure documentation accuracy
• Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating efficiently across departments
• Must adhere to applicable mandatory vaccination laws; where necessary, provide proof of full vaccination or secure an approved religious or medical exemption prior to start, with regular testing if exempt
