Hospice QA Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducts reviews and handles all necessary approvals as an RN.

• Offers remote support to field personnel.

• Facilitates workflow during after-hours operations.

• Addresses requests via telephone, fax, and email for task completion.

• Possesses strong knowledge of HCHB workflows and procedures.

• Guarantees timely resolutions for all requests or issues faced by field personnel.

• Clarifies the workflow process to field users to enhance their understanding of the HCHB process flow.

• The primary responsibilities require effective problem-solving abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN License (preferred Compact RN license).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice care.

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

• Proficiency in HCHB is preferred.
