This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• This role primarily emphasizes hormone health, particularly focusing on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid disorders, and certain aspects of medication management.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, which include reviewing medical history, conducting physical examinations, and carrying out diagnostic assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and medical conditions of patients.
• Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications while monitoring their efficacy.
• Act as a collaborating physician for other healthcare providers.
• Work in conjunction with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Offer counseling and educational support to patients regarding disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Keep precise and current patient records utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Remain informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and clinical trials related to functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine.
• MD or DO degree with a specialization in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging, or Lifestyle Medicine.
• Formal training and proven experience in practicing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is highly preferred.
• Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) an Illinois medical license and Illinois DEA registration, as well as any required licenses for remote locations.
• Ideally seeking full-time candidates, but a minimum commitment of 16-20 hours per week is required, including 1-2 evening shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate and engage with patients and other healthcare providers.
• A dynamic and personable approach with a genuine desire to assist others.
• A patient-first mindset and the ability to consistently deliver a 5-star service experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
