This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducts investigations, evaluates, negotiates, and finalizes claims with supervision.

• Performs claims investigations, including recording statements and gathering pertinent information.

• Interprets policy contract provisions and assesses coverage.

• Assesses claims exposure and establishes suitable reserves.

• Negotiates settlements for assigned claims.

• Effectively communicates with policyholders and vendors regarding the claims process.

• Ensures accurate documentation of claims files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with investigative and negotiation techniques.

• Understanding of homeowner and comparative negligence principles.

• Ability to recognize fraud and address coverage inquiries (minimum of 2 years required or 1 year with relevant experience).

• Proficiency in using Xactimate (mandatory).

• Required to possess state insurance licensing.
