• Provide customer service for Claro.

• Manage the retention of services.

• Offer promotions, discounts, and alternatives based on customer needs.

• Participate in paid virtual training.

• Must have a personal laptop or PC.

• Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Currently reside in Peru.

• Strong communication skills.

• Commercial attitude.

• Willingness to learn.

• Education level of Junior High School.

• No prior experience required.
