⛳️ Requirements

• 1 year of experience (Preferred)

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

• Idaho RN License (Required)

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Idaho

• Exhibit clinical assessment skills at a level necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Capability to make independent decisions when the situation necessitates such actions.

• Understanding of nursing and medical practices and procedures, along with laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to long-term care.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.

• Basic proficiency in computer technology, including email usage.

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven decision-making and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to interact positively, favorably, and cooperatively with others, including colleagues, residents, family members, and representatives of external agencies and organizations.

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to work with the aging population.
