This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Administer medications, treatments, and other medical care as directed by a physician.

• Monitor the health status of patients and document any changes in their condition.

• Utilize clinical judgment to deliver effective patient care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design and execute care plans.

• Educate patients and their families on appropriate care techniques and disease management.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive medical records.

• Offer emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.

• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in nursing practice.

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong clinical skills along with sound judgment.

• Familiarity with EMR systems.

• Valid Florida driver's license and dependable transportation.

• Proof of auto insurance must be provided.

• CPR certification required (Original Card).
