Home Care Worker – Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Delivering home assistance services to our aged care clients, including general housekeeping and bed-making.

• Performing cleaning tasks such as mopping and vacuuming floors.

• Managing laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing.

• Preparing meals and handling grocery shopping.

• Offering personal care services, such as helping clients out of bed, showering, and dressing for the day.

• Aiding clients in taking their medications.

• Supporting clients with mobility and therapy objectives.

• Providing complex care for clients with high care requirements, including those with dementia.

• Furnishing social and emotional support.

• Assisting clients with transportation to lifestyle activities or appointments.

• Offering respite for family caregivers, allowing them time for other responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Australian Driver's Licence along with your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.

• A minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar professional capacity.

• Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication administration.
