This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist aged care clients by providing home help services

• Conduct general housekeeping tasks and make beds

• Clean, mop, and vacuum various floors

• Wash, fold, and iron laundry items

• Prepare meals and handle grocery shopping

• Offer social support and transport clients to lifestyle activities

• Support family caregivers by allowing them to take breaks or attend to other responsibilities

• Work autonomously and devise solutions for everyday challenges

• Seek assistance from the manager when necessary

• Provide safe, personal, connected, and effective care within clients' homes

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Australian Driver's Licence

• Access to an insured, roadworthy vehicle

• Genuine interest in community care or aged care

• 3–6 months of prior experience in a similar position

• Capability to work independently and solve everyday issues

• Ability to identify when to seek help from a manager

• Completion of a Statutory Declaration prior to starting

• Successful completion of a National Police check before starting

• Completion of a Working Rights check before commencing employment

• Must undertake a pre-employment functional assessment before starting
