Home Care Worker – Casual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver home assistance services to aged care clients.

• Carry out general housekeeping tasks and make beds.

• Clean, mop, and vacuum floors.

• Wash, fold, and iron laundry.

• Prepare meals and manage grocery shopping.

• Provide social support and transport clients to lifestyle activities.

• Assist family caregivers by giving them a break or attending to other responsibilities.

• Work autonomously, address everyday challenges, and consult a manager when necessary.

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence is required.

• Must have an insured, roadworthy vehicle.

• Interest in community care or aged care is encouraged.

• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior to starting, a Statutory Declaration, National Police check, Working Rights check, and pre-employment functional assessment are necessary.
