High-Volume Recruiter – PRO Consultant

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting (preferably in field tech, fiber, or manufacturing).

• Proficient in sourcing and building candidate pipelines.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with stringent hiring timelines (approximately 5 weeks per class).

• Highly flexible with the capacity to shift between roles and locations as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment that does not involve direct client interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
