This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Engage professionally with homeowners and insurance agents through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Organize and perform thorough on-site evaluations of high-value residential properties according to specific guidelines and procedures set by carriers.

• Precisely document custom construction attributes, luxury finishes, and distinctive architectural features.

• Gather detailed measurements, photographs, and observations from the site.

• Recognize potential underwriting issues, hazards, and loss risks.

• Formulate accurate replacement cost estimates that reflect premium materials and craftsmanship.

• Deliver complete and timely web-based reports that align with carrier-specific requirements.

• Relay the information collected during the on-site assessment in Loss Control 360, accessible via the Signature website.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector.

• Background in insurance inspections, loss control, underwriting support, or appraisals of high-end homes.

• In-depth knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and custom features.

• Experience in estimating replacement costs for high-value residential properties.

• Proficiency in diagramming software such as Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD, or similar tools.

• Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with high-net-worth homeowners and insurance agents.

• Strong time management abilities and a capacity to work independently.
