High-Ticket Sales Closer, AI Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct 4-5 live consultation calls via Zoom each day with pre-qualified business owners.

• Assess each prospect's situation by asking in-depth discovery questions.

• Recommend the appropriate program level tailored to their needs and objectives.

• Address objections, facilitate the investment discussion, and secure commitments.

• Oversee your sales pipeline in our CRM (Close), updating notes and scheduling follow-ups.

• Achieve 20 enrollments monthly at a target rate (20% close rate on 100 live calls).

• Engage in weekly call reviews and team training sessions with our expert sales coaching partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience successfully closing deals over the phone or via Zoom.

• Proven experience in high-ticket sales ($2,000+ per transaction).

• Comfortable working with a 100% commission-based pay structure.

• Exceptional discovery and consultative selling abilities (not aggressive selling, nor random pitching).

• Must have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and your own computer.

• Availability during USA business hours (8am-5pm).

• Open to coaching and feedback.
