HIC Backend, BRMS with AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create APIs and services utilizing Quarkus

• Develop decision engines with Drools and DMN

• Build integrations and CI/CD pipelines

• Implement automated testing solutions

• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring technical oversight

• Construct the intelligent core of a decision-making platform

• Work on services that handle the platform's critical decision-making processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Java, Quarkus, or Spring Boot

• Understanding of REST APIs

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices

• Experience in automated testing methodologies

• Knowledge of or interest in Business Rule Management Systems (Drools/DMN)

• Strong communication abilities

• Systems thinking capability

• Collaborative approach to technical leadership

• Ability to provide mentorship

• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving

• Competence in working with various teams and across diverse technology landscapes

• Experience with microservices (preferred)

• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (preferred)

• Understanding of Decision Management (preferred)

• Experience with AI copilots and agents (preferred)
