This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serves as the main customer liaison for generating sales demand by implementing marketing strategies and promoting Sobi products.
• Offers up-to-date and comprehensive clinical insights regarding Sobi's products and articulates the on-label clinical advantages effectively.
• Attains territory sales objectives by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies.
• Responsible for showcasing Sobi's products and services to a specified customer base, driving and increasing sales.
• Consistently meets or surpasses sales targets within a designated geographic region.
• Actively endorses the appropriate utilization of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in alignment with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Formulates and executes a territory business plan to address customer needs and fulfill sales targets.
• Develops budget plans for the territory covering customer engagements, local symposia, and various external expenses.
• Aids in identifying and resolving issues and opportunities.
• Reports any adverse events to Sobi's Drug Safety department as required by guidelines.
• Executes all administrative responsibilities associated with the role, including timely reporting of call activities and customer data into the designated reporting system, and submitting expenses.
• Resides within the assigned territory.
• Holds a BA/BS degree in business or science.
• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors, including at least 3 years of specialty sales experience in these industries.
• A CAM should have a minimum of 3 years of biologics sales experience utilizing a specialty pharmacy or 8 years of dedicated hospital sales experience.
• Familiarity with the transition of care/patient journey process from hospital to outpatient settings.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary knowledge.
• Strong work ethic with the capability to establish priorities and manage time effectively across a large assigned area.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, which may be required up to 40-50% of the time in certain cases.
