This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Address technical inquiries via chat across platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and other company tools while adhering to established SLAs.
• Take ownership of the support queue from start to finish: assess incoming requests, prioritize efficiently, maintain a low work-in-progress count, and avert backlog accumulation.
• Actively escalate any blocked or high-risk issues instead of allowing them to remain unresolved.
• Assist with routine operational tasks and HubSpot administration, including managing workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Develop and uphold automations across various systems such as Slack, Aircall, Stripe, Zoom, and others.
• Enhance internal processes utilizing tools like n8n, Zapier, and Google Apps Script.
• Recognize repetitive tasks and consistently seek ways to streamline or automate these processes.
• Proven experience in technical support, CRM operations, system administration, or a comparable hands-on role.
• A genuine passion for AI-enhanced workflows, along with practical experience in using AI to enhance work efficiency or quality.
• Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Apps Script.
• A demonstrated capability to manage a high-volume task queue or ticket load with consistent efficiency.
• Strong self-prioritization abilities and the skill to make sound decisions when faced with multiple urgent requests.
• Excellent asynchronous communication skills, including responsiveness during working hours and proactive follow-up.
• Capability to learn new tools swiftly and troubleshoot independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written communication skills and confidence in collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• High levels of ownership, resilience, and reliability in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot and ClearFeed or similar ticketing and SLA-management tools.
