This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Managing IT incidents for business clients, including hardware, software, network issues, and access rights.
• Utilizing a ticketing system to create, prioritize, track, and escalate tickets in accordance with SLA.
• Providing support for business-critical applications and liaising with external service providers when required.
• Engaging in professional communication with customers and clearly explaining technical solutions.
• Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases to ensure up-to-date information.
• Proactively monitoring systems and responding to alerts as needed.
• You possess a strong IT aptitude and have a foundational understanding of PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc.
• You are familiar with the concept of IT Security.
• You find terms such as network, Windows client, access management, and collaborative software to be of interest.
• Your proficiency in German and English is sufficient to comprehend and learn technical materials in these languages.
• You are detail-oriented, take ownership of your work, and adopt a solution-focused approach.
• You are dependable and place a significant emphasis on collaboration within a team.
