This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Managing IT incidents for business clients, including hardware, software, network issues, and access rights.
• Utilizing the ticketing system to create, prioritize, track, and escalate tickets in accordance with SLA standards.
• Providing support for business-critical applications and liaising with external service providers.
• Engaging in professional communication with customers, articulating technical solutions in an easily understandable manner.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases.
• Conducting proactive system monitoring and responding promptly to alerts.
• IT-savvy with fundamental knowledge of PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, and related devices.
• Familiarity with IT security, networking, Windows clients, access management, and collaboration software.
• Proficient in both German and English (C1 level).
• Possessing an accurate, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
