This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Handling IT disruptions for business clients (hardware, software, network, access rights)
• Working within the ticketing system: creating, prioritizing, tracking, and escalating tickets in accordance with SLA
• Providing support for mission-critical applications and coordinating with external service providers when necessary
• Engaging in professional customer communication and clearly explaining technical solutions
• Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases
• Proactively monitoring systems and responding to alerts
• You have a strong affinity for IT and possess fundamental knowledge related to the use of PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc.
• You understand the significance of IT Security when it is mentioned
• Terms like network, Windows client, access management, and collaborative software intrigue you
• Your proficiency in German and English is sufficient to read and learn material in both languages without difficulty
• You have a tendency towards accuracy, personal responsibility, and solution-oriented work methods
• You are reliable and place a high value on teamwork
