This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Managing IT incidents for corporate clients (hardware, software, network, access permissions)
• Utilizing a ticketing system: generating, prioritizing, monitoring, and escalating tickets in accordance with SLA
• Providing support for business-critical applications and collaborating with external service providers when required
• Engaging in professional customer communication and clearly articulating technical solutions
• Keeping documentation and knowledge bases up to date
• Conducting proactive system monitoring and responding to alerts
• You possess IT affinity and have a fundamental understanding of operating PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc.
• You are knowledgeable about IT security concepts
• Your proficiency in German and English is adequate for comfortably reading and acquiring technical information in both languages
• You are detail-oriented, accountable, and adopt a solution-focused approach
• You are dependable and prioritize teamwork
