This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Managing IT incidents for business clients, including hardware, software, network issues, and access rights.
• Utilizing the ticketing system to create, prioritize, track, and escalate tickets in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Providing support for business-critical applications and collaborating with external vendors or service providers as necessary.
• Engaging in professional communication with customers, delivering clear and comprehensible explanations of technical solutions.
• Updating documentation and maintaining knowledge bases.
• Conducting proactive monitoring of systems.
• Proficient in IT with fundamental knowledge of PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, and related technologies.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Keen interest in areas such as networking, Windows clients, access management, and collaboration software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Serbian.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused work ethic.
