This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Managing IT incidents for business clients, including hardware, software, network issues, and access rights.
• Utilizing the ticketing system to create, prioritize, track, and escalate tickets in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Providing support for critical business applications and collaborating with external vendors or service providers as needed.
• Engaging in professional customer communication and delivering clear, comprehensible explanations of technical solutions.
• Overseeing documentation and maintaining knowledge bases.
• Conducting proactive system monitoring.
• Proficient in IT with a foundational understanding of PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, and similar devices.
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles and networking technologies.
• Strong skills in English and Serbian for comprehending and absorbing technical materials.
