This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for addressing technical issues
• Oversee user access management and configure hardware/software
• Assist with employee onboarding and ensure documentation is up to date
• Facilitate seamless daily operations

• Proven experience in managing user access
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
