Heavy Lift Vessel Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operational procedures.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company standards.

• Strategically plan and execute voyages effectively.

• Oversee cargo operations including loading, stowage, securing, and discharge.

• Manage the crew, implement safety protocols, and conduct safety drills.

• Address emergencies and maintain all necessary documentation and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Overall responsibility for the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operational procedures.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company standards.

• Strategically plan and execute voyages effectively.

• Oversee cargo operations including loading, stowage, securing, and discharge.

• Manage the crew, implement safety protocols, and conduct safety drills.

• Address emergencies and maintain all necessary documentation and reporting.

• Mandatory experience in Heavy Lift and breakbulk cargo handling.

• Possession of a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) as per STCW Regulation II/2, with verification.

• Valid STCW certifications required for the position.

• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
