This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop strategies and solutions to automate operations while identifying optimized software delivery methodologies and technological processes.
• Oversee and guide project teams in the development of application products and services from inception to completion.
• Offer technical assistance to system users and functional subject matter experts.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Direct and manage all DSO Integration teams in Incident and Change Management activities.
• Ensure the maintenance of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Conduct backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration tasks.
• Oversee certificates management and updates for both production and lower-level environments.
• Assist with Tier 3 support for the HealthShare Application and its associated technologies.
• Handle the installation and configuration of InterSystems base software, kits, and patches.
• Support the configuration and setup of oAuth and SSO.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 10-15 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in coding or managing production systems.
• Proficiency and experience with InterSystems Cache, Iris, or HealthShare.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Incident and Change Management tools.
• Experience in automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments of web-based applications using tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proven track record in developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to enhance software delivery quality and speed.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, DevOps, IRIS, Linux, Apache, Ansible, and Python scripting.
• Understanding of various agile methodologies, including SAFe.
• Proficient in configuring large middleware applications.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace is preferred.
• Experience in the VA is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or related credentials are desirable.
