Healthcare Scheduler – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Responding to incoming calls, arranging, modifying, and canceling patient appointments

• Offering guidance to patients regarding examinations and procedures

• Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with physicians and staff

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent practical experience

• Over 1 year of customer service or similar experience in a healthcare environment

• Proficiency in using technology tools to address customer inquiries

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills
