📋 Description

• Establish connections and recruit healthcare professionals to guarantee that project requirements are met with exceptional staff promptly.

• Identify candidates for specific roles through a variety of job posting and search platforms.

• Innovatively network and utilize social media to reach out to potential applicants.

• Proactively pursue both active and passive candidates, searching through job boards.

• Serve as a liaison between client facilities and newly recruited candidates.

• Responsible for reviewing applications and resumes, conducting interviews, and completing reference checks.

• Assess and recommend candidates for employment.

• Ensure adherence to all employment regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA standards.

• Perform all other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
