• Assist in the creation and upkeep of project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor project tasks, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Produce project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for management.
• Aid in cross-functional project coordination, meeting arrangements, and communication.
• Preserve project governance artifacts, templates, and version-controlled documentation.
• Lead project meetings, document notes, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action items.
• Track project performance metrics and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and reporting structures.
• Assist with resource planning, budget monitoring, and timeline management.
• Provide analytical support, including data validation, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and precise project updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, IT, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, PMO support, or project operations within healthcare.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.).
• CAPM, PMP, or another project management certification (or actively pursuing one).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis or project financial tracking.
• Industry experience relevant to the organizational domain (e.g., healthcare, IT, insurance, finance).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and meeting facilitation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.
