• Develop and spearhead initiatives to revolutionize sales development using AI SDRs.
• Oversee the requirements gathering, selection, contracting, implementation, and adoption of third-party software; facilitate the creation of new custom features in the company's integration of third-party software.
• Take ownership of comprehensive program delivery for projects; ensure program communications are maintained; tackle recurring operational challenges within sales development; establish objectives, success metrics, and create scalable, repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define business requirements, manage discovery processes, and convert operational needs into product specifications for internal tools.
• Organize review cycles, pilot programs, and feedback gathering throughout the execution of initiatives; summarize necessary adjustments, pinpoint launch-blocking issues, and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Propel continuous operational enhancements through process innovation, automation, and the integration of AI-driven tools to boost productivity and transform workflows.
• Ensure scalable documentation is maintained and assist in coordinating with local and global teams as well as cross-functional partners across various time zones.
• Collaborate with sales development managers and analysts to establish metrics, develop dashboards, and execute regular dashboard reviews to guarantee the adoption and effectiveness of initiatives.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, revenue operations, or a similar program management role within a fast-paced technology setting.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms, lead management, and Sales Development tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Orum, Dialpad, Vidyard, Qualified, and Clay.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end programs for cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives.
• Proven experience in building AI agents, including examples of agents you have deployed and how you utilize AI in daily operations beyond chat functionalities.
• More than 3 years of experience conducting your own analyses using queries, dashboards, and AI, along with collaboration with analysts and data scientists for more advanced analytics requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in defining your own scope and objectives while working with a distributed, global team to achieve them.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capability to articulate complex operational concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering.
